Speech-Language Pathologist

Essential Responsibilities:

  • ï‚· Evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

  • ï‚· Document evaluations, treatment goals, and plans

  •  Create and implement an individualized treatment    plan that addresses specific functional needs

  •  Provide training and education to caregivers and other professionals

  • Maintain progress notes for sessions

  • Re-evaluate and modify treatment plan and goals when appropriate

  • Work collaboratively with family/caregivers, and other professionals to support client’s goals and treatment plan

  • Maintains complete, accurate and timely billing records

  • Participates in professional development opportunities for continued growth

Education & Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Disciplined and self-motivated

Occupational Therapy Assistant

                     Essential Responsibilities:​

  • Recording and reviewing medical history

  • Confirming the purpose of treatment

  • Overseeing client safety during treatment

  • Overseeing environmental safety at the facility

  • Helping patients in improving their quality of life by training them to overcome various limitations and becoming more independent.

  • Maintaining records by recording the progress of patients to be used by the occupational therapist.

  • Continuously serve and protect the practice by following various professional standards, procedures and policies

  • Continue to participate in various educational activities to update job knowledge.

                   Education & Job Qualifications:

  • Valid state Occupational Therapy Assistant license

  • Attentive to detail

  • Possess interpersonal skills

  • Physical strength

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
